Responsibilities

  • In charge of supervising & coordinatingday-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and qualitycontrol.
  • In charge of monitor the daily progress ofwork-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing necessary
  • Responsible for coordination, supervision &monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization,materials planning & ordering and adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reportsfor in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievementsand milestones.
  • Attend meetings and conduct site inspections onwork progress to ensure quality control by authority requirements.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment andensure compliances according to standard rules and regulations
  • Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned byConstruction Manager/ Project Manager/ Project Director.

Requirement

  • Min Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant
  • Min 3 years’ experience in main contractor on projects of similar scale, nature and complexity.
  • Alternate 5.5 days.
