Наш клієнт - defense-tech компанія, що розробляє та виробляє автономні FPV-дрони та технологічні рішення для сучасного поля бою.

Компанія шукає Chief Operating Officer на український виробничий блок - операційного лідера, який візьме на себе управління виробничими майданчиками та вибудує з них єдину, керовану систему.

Ця роль - про виробництво: стандарти, які працюють однаково на всіх майданчиках, швидкість запуску нових локацій і здатність вивести операційку з ручного режиму в системний.

ОСНОВНІ ЗАДАЧІ

- Операційне управління виробничими майданчиками компанії в Україні та синхронізація їхньої роботи

- Побудова наскрізного операційного потоку від замовлення до відвантаження: виробництво, контроль якості, склад, логістика

- Впровадження єдиних операційних стандартів на всіх майданчиках та розробка моделі для швидкого запуску нових

- Управління операційним бюджетом і оптимізація виробничої собівартості

- Пошук вузьких місць у виробничих процесах та впровадження рішень для підвищення швидкості й ефективності

- Взаємодія з груповими функціями Supply Chain і Procurement, захист операційних планів і бюджетів перед Group

- Пряме керівництво керівниками виробництв, логістики, експлуатації та планово-аналітичної функції

- Впровадження KPI, операційної звітності та системи відповідальності, де кожен процес має власника, строки й очікуваний результат

ОЧІКУВАННЯ

- Досвід на позиції COO / Operations Director / Head of Operations / Plant Director у виробничій компанії

- Управління кількома виробничими майданчиками або складними розподіленими операціями

- Досвід побудови процесів з нуля або переведення хаотичних процесів у системні

- Розуміння виробничого циклу, закупівель і логістики; робота з бюджетами та план-факт аналізом

- Досвід побудови операційних команд і управління керівниками напрямів

- Готовність регулярно відвідувати виробничі майданчики

- Досвід у defense-tech/ hardware /electronics manufacturing або складному технологічному виробництві
