Du öffnest Türen und machst aus ersten Kontakten neue Kunden. ---------------------------------------------------------------

Wir wollen mit Perigon Agro wachsen – deshalb suchen wir dich als Softwareverkäufer/in. In dieser neuen Stelle bringst du deine Ideen ein, probierst neue Wege in der Kundengewinnung aus und begleitest Interessenten vom ersten Gespräch bis zum Verkaufsabschluss. Dabei entwickelst du auch die Beziehungen zu unseren bestehenden Kunden weiter. Ein Bezug zur grünen Branche ist von Vorteil und hilft dir, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden besser zu verstehen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Neue Kunden gewinnen: Du gehst aktiv auf potenzielle Kunden zu, weckst Interesse an Perigon Agro und klärst ihren Bedarf .
  • Verkaufschancen zum Abschluss führen: Du organisierst und begleitest Präsentationstermine, nimmst die Anforderungen der Interessenten auf und sorgst für passende Offerten. Du bleibst dran, beantwortest Fragen und verfolgst Angebote konsequent nach. Die fachlichen Produktpräsentationen übernehmen die Geschäftsleitung oder ein Agro Supporter.
  • Bestehende Kunden weiterentwickeln: Du pflegst den Kontakt, erkennst zusätzlichen Bedarf und arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Teams zusammen.
  • Netzwerk im Markt ausbauen: Du beobachtest den Markt, pflegst Beziehungen zu Verbänden und Partnern und entwickelst gezielte Akquisitionsmassnahmen.
  • Perigon Agro bekannter machen: Du initiierst und organisierst Marketinganlässe und setzt sie gemeinsam mit dem Team um.
  • Das Verkaufsteam unterstützen: Zusätzlich hilfst du bei der Erstellung von Offerten für Perigon Health.

Deine Qualifikationen

Du hast Freude am Verkauf und gehst offen auf Menschen zu. Du hörst aufmerksam zu, erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und führst Gespräche sicher und freundlich auf Deutsch – persönlich, am Telefon und schriftlich.

Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisierst dich gut und behältst bei mehreren laufenden Anfragen den Überblick. Verbindliches Nachfassen gehört für dich genauso dazu wie eine sorgfältig erstellte Offerte. Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, arbeitest gerne im Team und bist bereit, Interessenten und Kunden auch vor Ort zu besuchen.
