  • Partner closely with Growth, Creative, and Clinical to streamline reviews, address compliance concerns, and support timely campaign launches.
  • Develop reporting and metrics to monitor review volume, turnaround times, bottlenecks, and operational performance.
  • Manage vendors, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective execution.
  • Support broader legal operations and compliance initiatives as business needs evolve.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Demonstrated success building and improving scalable compliance processes and operational workflows.
  • Experience implementing legal technology, AI, automation, or other tools to improve efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing vendors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, actionable guidance.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to balance compliance considerations with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have an outstanding attention to detail.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
