Mission principale :Assurer la préparation, le démontage, l'emballage, le transport, le déchargement et le remontage du mobilier et des eff ets personnels des clients, dans le respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité et de courtoisie.Responsabilités et tâches principales :Préparation du déménagement• Vérifi er le matériel nécessaire (chariots, sangles, couvertures, outils, cartons).• Préparer et protéger les locaux si nécessaire (sols, murs, ascenseurs).Emballage et protection• Emballer les objets fragiles et de valeur avec soin (vaisselle, miroirs, tableaux, etc.).• Utiliser les protections adaptées (papier bulle, fi lm, couvertures).• Étiqueter clairement les cartons s'il y en a à emballer et indiquer les pièces de destination.Démontage et remontage• Démonter le mobilier selon les règles de sécurité et d'effi cacité.• Ranger et étiqueter la visserie pour éviter toute perte.• Remonter les meubles à destination, en vérifi ant le bon fonctionnement.Chargement, transport et déchargement• Porter les charges lourdes en respectant les gestes et postures de sécurité.• Charger le camion de façon optimisée et sécurisée (sanglage ++).• Décharger et installer le mobilier dans les pièces indiquées par le client.Qualité de service et comportement• Être ponctuel, courtois et professionnel à tout moment.• Travailler en équipe et suivre les consignes du chef d'équipe.• Représenter positivement l'image de l'entreprise auprès des clients.• Signaler tout incident, dommage ou anomalie immédiatement.Compétences et qualités requises :Excellente condition physique et résistance à l'eff ort.Sens du service client et présentation soignée.Rigueur, méthode et soin dans la manipulation des biens.Esprit d'équipe et bonne communication.Capacité à gérer le stress et les imprévus.Connaissance des techniques de portage et de sanglage.Permis B Conditions de travail :Horaires variables (matin, soir, samedi selon chantiers).Travail en équipe.Port d'une tenue de travail et des chaussures de sécurité obligatoire
