THE ROLE - YOUR PASSION

- You manage our community across our social channels and engage with our followers in the roadsurfer voice.

- You coordinate collaborations with influencers and creators from first contact to final content.

- You create short-form videos and social graphics for different formats and markets.

- You work closely with our social, content and marketing teams on campaigns and launches.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SURF THE WAVE WITH US

- A degree in media, communication, marketing or a similar field. First experience in social media is a plus.

- You're at home on social media and know what makes content feel real.

- Hands-on skills in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design (e.g. Canva).

- A structured, organized way of working and confidence with spreadsheets.

- Strong communication skills, empathy and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

- Fluent English. German is a plus.

YOUR SALARY

We ❤️ transparency. The salary band for this position is between 32.400€ and 35.000€ gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to make sure all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can better assess your skills and experience, we will find out together which level within the salary band suits you best. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback meeting.
