We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our team in Arkansas City, AR. As an Assistant Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks, including invoicing and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to meet client needs and objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in account management and accounting principles.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
