Na Robbu, a tecnologia está no centro de tudo o que fazemos. Buscamos uma pessoa Analista de TI Jr. para atuar na administração dos recursos tecnológicos da empresa, garantindo o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos, sistemas, acessos e ferramentas utilizadas pelos nossos colaboradores.

Essa pessoa será responsável por apoiar a operação de TI, prestar suporte aos usuários e contribuir para a organização e segurança do nosso ambiente tecnológico, atuando de forma próxima aos times e garantindo uma experiência eficiente, mesmo em um ambiente de trabalho 100% remoto.

Atividades a serem desenvolvidas (o que vai fazer)?:

  • Manter atualizado o inventário de ativos tecnológicos, incluindo notebooks, celulares e periféricos, controlando entregas, devoluções, movimentações e responsáveis por cada equipamento;
  • Preparar, configurar e disponibilizar estações de trabalho, seguindo os padrões internos de segurança e utilização, incluindo instalação de softwares, antivírus, criptografia e atualizações;
  • Realizar processos de onboarding e offboarding técnico, incluindo criação e desativação de contas, concessão e revogação de acessos, além da entrega e recolhimento de equipamentos;
  • Administrar licenças do Microsoft 365, realizando atribuições, remoções, controles de utilização e identificação de oportunidades de otimização de custos;
  • Gerenciar usuários, grupos e permissões no Microsoft 365 e Entra ID (Azure AD), incluindo configurações de MFA e redefinição de senhas;
  • Prestar suporte técnico aos colaboradores, solucionando problemas relacionados a hardware, software, conectividade, ferramentas corporativas e sistemas internos, inclusive por acesso remoto;
  • Registrar, acompanhar e solucionar chamados técnicos, mantendo a documentação dos atendimentos e procedimentos recorrentes;
  • Acompanhar garantias, manutenções e processos de aquisição e substituição de equipamentos, mantendo relacionamento com fornecedores;
  • Apoiar a área de Segurança da Informação na aplicação de controles básicos de segurança nas estações de trabalho, incluindo atualizações, permissões e políticas de dispositivos.

Conhecimentos necessários (hard skills)?:

  • Formação técnica ou superior, em andamento ou concluída, em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em instalação, configuração e manutenção de sistemas operacionais Windows e, quando aplicável, macOS;
  • Conhecimento em administração do Microsoft 365, incluindo usuários, licenças, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive e SharePoint;
  • Noções de gerenciamento de identidades e acessos com Entra ID (Azure AD) e gerenciamento de dispositivos com Microsoft Intune;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de suporte técnico e acesso remoto;
  • Conhecimentos básicos de redes, incluindo Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS e DHCP;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de chamados e ferramentas de controle de inventário;
  • Conhecimento de boas práticas de segurança em estações de trabalho, como antivírus, criptografia, atualizações e autenticação multifator (MFA).

Habilidades necessárias (soft skills)?:

  • Organização e disciplina na manutenção de controles, inventários e registros;
  • Atendimento cordial, paciente e colaborativo com usuários de diferentes níveis de conhecimento técnico;
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva, especialmente nos atendimentos realizados por canais remotos;
  • Proatividade na identificação de problemas e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Discrição e responsabilidade no gerenciamento de acessos e informações confidenciais;
  • Senso de prioridade e capacidade de organização para equilibrar chamados, demandas e atividades de rotina;
  • Facilidade de relacionamento e disposição para trabalhar em equipe.

Tem algum diferencial para a vaga?:

  • Certificações Microsoft, como MS-900, MD-102 ou equivalentes;
  • Experiência com Microsoft Intune e Windows Autopilot para provisionamento e gerenciamento de equipamentos;
  • Vivência em empresas com modelo de trabalho remoto ou híbrido, especialmente com logística de envio, recebimento e recolhimento de equipamentos;
  • Conhecimento em scripts e automações utilizando PowerShell;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de inventário e gerenciamento de dispositivos (MDM), como GLPI, Snipe-IT ou Jamf;
  • Conhecimento de práticas e processos de ITIL.
