Stellenbeschreibung ##

Für unsere renommierte Eigenmarke Buderus suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Deutschschweiz eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Persönlichkeit als Servicetechniker Biomasse (w/m/div.).

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du nimmst Biomasse- (Holz) Heizungen, Warmwassersysteme, Solaranlagen und Regelungssysteme fachgerecht in Betrieb und führst Reparatur- sowie Wartungsarbeiten durch.
  • Du wartest die Anlagen sorgfältig nach den hohen Buderus-Qualitätsstandards.
  • Du analysierst und behebst Störungen - fachkundig, effizient und eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zu den optimalen Geräteeinstellungen gemäss ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen.
  • Du informierst sie über die Vorteile unserer optionalen Buderus-Wartungsverträge.
  • Du organisierst deine Serviceeinsätze selbstständig und meldest sie zuverlässig an unsere Kundschaft und die Disposition zurück.
  • Du übernimmst im Wechsel mit dem Team den Bereitschaftsdienst (Pikett).

Qualifikationen ##

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: EFZ-Ausbildung; vorzugsweise in der Elektro-, Heizungs-, Maschinen- oder Autobranche,
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: zuverlässig, eigenverantwortlich, serviceorientiert, belastbar und flexibel
  • Erfahrung: Erfahrung in der Branche ist wünschenswert aber «ein positives Mindset, grosse Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an der Materie» ist uns viel wichtiger
  • Sprachen: stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse
