Voor een sterk groeiende speler binnen de financiële dienstverlening zoeken we een ambitieuze Account Manager (m/v/x) die kansen ziet waar anderen voorbijlopen. Iemand die deuren opent, relaties uitbouwt en ondernemers overtuigt van de meerwaarde van onze dienstverlening.

Jouw impact

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van jouw regio en krijgt alle ruimte om je commerciële talent maximaal in te zetten.

Jouw taken:

  • Bouwt actief aan een sterk netwerk van ondernemers, zelfstandigen en vrije beroepers.
  • Beheert kwalitatieve leads en gaat daarnaast zelf op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Legt contact met potentiële klanten via prospectie, networking, events en referrals.
  • Analyseert behoeften, creëert vertrouwen en overtuigt prospects van de meerwaarde van de dienstverlening.
  • Begeleidt klanten van het eerste gesprek tot de opstart van hun dossier.
  • Werkt nauw samen met financiële experts zodat jouw klanten steeds de best mogelijke begeleiding krijgen.
  • Ziet targets als een stimulans en niet als een verplichting.

Elke nieuwe klant die je binnenhaalt, is een succes waar jij zichtbaar impact maakt.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent commercieel gedreven, resultaatgericht en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar ondernemerschap centraal staat.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische, commerciële of financiële richting.
  • Een succesvolle eerste commerciële ervaring waarbij prospectie een belangrijk onderdeel vormde.
  • Een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht en sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • De juiste dosis lef, doorzettingsvermogen en commerciële flair.
  • Een ondernemersmentaliteit en een sterke focus op resultaten.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele uitstraling.
