Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding (m/v/x) voor een groeiende en internationaal georiënteerde onderneming in de regio Turnhout.

Onze klant is actief binnen een technische en toekomstgerichte omgeving en kent een sterke ontwikkeling. Je komt terecht in een compact finance team waar je kan rekenen op de nodige begeleiding en waar samenwerking en een hands-on aanpak centraal staan.

Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die administratief sterk is, graag met cijfers werkt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen een financiële omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding zorg je samen met je collega's voor een vlotte dagelijkse verwerking van de financiële administratie.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopdocumenten;
  • Correct toewijzen en registreren van financiële gegevens;
  • Ondersteunen bij de administratie van verschillende vennootschappen;
  • Opvolgen en structureren van financiële documentatie;
  • Verzorgen van diverse administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van het finance team;
  • Communiceren met collega's, klanten en leveranciers wanneer bijkomende informatie nodig is;
  • Mee bewaken van een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de boekhouding.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor opleiding binnen de boekhouding of hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en interesse in boekhouding;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je kan zelfstandig taken afwerken, maar overlegt ook graag met collega's;
  • Je bent communicatief, servicegericht en neemt initiatief wanneer nodig;
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en maakt nieuwe software snel eigen;
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans.
