Voor een innovatieve en internationaal actieve onderneming zoekt Robert Half een nauwkeurige en proactieve administratieve kracht (M/V/X) om het team te versterken.

Jouw rol & takenpakket

Als medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot laten verlopen van de administratieve processen binnen de serviceafdeling van de firma. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte werking van de afdeling.

  • Je beheert en bewaakt het facturatieproces van de serviceactiviteiten;
  • Je onderhoudt en actualiseert masterdata in ERP- en CRM-systemen;
  • Je ondersteunt de servicecoördinatie bij administratieve en organisatorische taken;
  • Je organiseert hotelreservaties, buitenlandse verplaatsingen en opleidingen voor servicemedewerkers;
  • Je ondersteunt veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocessen in samenwerking met interne verantwoordelijken;
  • Je bewaakt de correctheid van administratieve processen binnen het ERP-systeem en ondersteunt gebruikers waar nodig;
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor financiële administratieve vragen binnen de afdeling;
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en verbeteringen van bestaande processen;
  • Je voert diverse ad-hoc opdrachten uit ter ondersteuning van het management;
  • Je neemt deel aan een beurtrol voor telefonische permanentie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of relevante ervaring binnen administratie;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en weet vlot prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail;
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels; kennis van het Duits is een mooie troef;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP;
  • Je voelt je thuis in een technische en internationale werkomgeving;
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes.
