Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Allround Boekhouder (m/v/x).

Onze klant is een kledingzaak actief in de verkoop van verschillende merken en telt meerdere vestigingen, waaronder hun vestiging in Aalst.

De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Allround Boekhouder (m/v/x) zijn:

  • Opstellen van creditnota's en onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en klanten via mail of telefoon;
  • Controleren en goedkeuren van aan - en verkoopfacturen;
  • Voorbereiden van btw - aangiften;
  • Beheren van ad - hoc administratieve taken en fungeren als de rechterhand van de zaakvoerder;
  • Samenwerken met een extern boekhoudkantoor;
  • Voorbereiden van maandafsluitingen;
  • Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisatie om efficiënter te werken.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Allround Boekhouder (m/v/x) zijn:

  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en basiskennis van Engels;
  • Het vermogen om nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werken;
  • Stressbestendigheid in een sector met variabele werkdruk;
  • Ervaring met boekhoudprogramma's zoals Exact Online is een vereiste;
  • Een rustige persoonlijkheid met zin voor groei binnen het bedrijf;
  • Algemene administratieve kennis en affiniteit met de retailsector.
