Voor een internationale speler binnen de industriële dienstverlening zoeken we een Bediende Werfadministratie (m/v/x). Je vormt de administratieve spil van de werf en ondersteunt dagelijks werfleiders, projectteams en operationele medewerkers.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Bediende Werfadministratie zorg je ervoor dat alle administratieve processen op de werf vlot verlopen.

  • ✅ Je volgt onderhouds- en industriële projecten administratief op;
  • ✅ Je beheert projectgegevens en groeilijsten in Excel;
  • ✅ Je verwerkt en controleert personeelsuren van medewerkers en subcontractors;
  • ✅ Je vraagt de nodige werktoelatingen aan;
  • ✅ Je controleert en vervolledigt werk- en prestatiebonnen;
  • ✅ Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding van de facturatie;
  • ✅ Je ondersteunt werfleiders bij de dagelijkse administratie;
  • ✅ Je bent het aanspreekpunt tussen de werf en de interne diensten.

Jouw profiel

  • ✔ Je hebt minstens 3 jaar administratieve ervaring;
  • ✔ Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent organisatorisch sterk;
  • ✔ Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en een goede schriftelijke kennis van het Frans;
  • ✔ Je bent vlot met Excel en MS Office;
  • ✔ Je communiceert graag met verschillende stakeholders;
  • ✔ Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar verandering deel uitmaakt van de dagelijkse werking;
  • ✔ Ervaring binnen een industriële of technische omgeving is een plus.
