BUSINESS CONTROLLER (m/v/x) - Regio Kortrijk

Robert Half gaat voor een KMO uit de projectbusiness in de regio Kortrijk op zoek naar een Business Controller (m/v/x). Het bedrijf is stevig verankerd in de markt en groeit gestaag door. De organisatie is compact, met korte lijnen en directe communicatie. Om de financiële sturing naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zoeken we een Business Controller (m/v/x) die meedenkt met de directie en niet enkel cijfers aanlevert.

Takenpakket

  • Je maakt de maandelijkse managementrapportering op en analyseert de afwijkingen
  • Je bouwt budgetten en forecasts op en volgt ze op met de business
  • Je bewaakt de marges per activiteit, klant en project
  • Je analyseert kosten, prijszetting en rendabiliteit en komt met concrete verbetervoorstellen
  • Je ondersteunt de maand- en jaarafsluiting in samenwerking met het boekhoudteam
  • Je werkt nauw samen met sales, operations en directie als financiële sparringpartner
  • Je bouwt dashboards en KPI-rapporten uit die de directie echt gebruikt
  • Je optimaliseert financiële processen en interne controle

Profiel

  • Je hebt een Master in finance (Handelswetenschappen, TEW of Handelsingenieur)
  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in controlling, bij voorkeur in een KMO-, productie- of projectomgeving
  • Je kan cijfers vertalen naar heldere conclusies voor niet-finance collega's
  • Je bent sterk in Excel, Power BI is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-pakket
  • Je bent proactief, analytisch en durft kritische vragen te stellen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, kennis van Frans en Engels is een troef
