Voor een sterke dienstverlener in de regio Roeselare zoeken we een enthousiaste Business Development Manager die actief mee de West-Vlaamse markt uitbouwt.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten en het uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met bestaande contacten. Je bent een echte ondernemer binnen je regio en weet opportuniteiten om te zetten in concrete samenwerkingen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Actief prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantenrelaties binnen West-Vlaanderen.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk professioneel netwerk.
  • Adviseren van klanten en fungeren als hun vaste aanspreekpunt.
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten en inspelen op marktbehoeften.
  • Opvolgen en up-to-date houden van lopende projecten en klantendossiers.
  • Samenwerken met interne collega's om klanten de best mogelijke service te bieden.
  • Creatief inzetten van verschillende kanalen om je netwerk en klantenportefeuille verder uit te breiden.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële (B2B-)functie.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je krijgt energie van prospectie en het leggen van nieuwe contacten.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je werkt planmatig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen.
  • Je bent analytisch en weet snel linken te leggen tussen verschillende situaties en opportuniteiten.
  • Je combineert teamspirit met een zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Je bent veerkrachtig, resultaatgericht en laat je niet uit het veld slaan door een uitdaging.
  • Je brengt enthousiasme, positieve energie en ondernemerschap mee.
