Robert Half is opzoek naar een fulltime Credit Collector (m/v/x) in de regio Rupelstreek voor een internationaal groeiend bedrijf, om een lange termijn samenwerking aan te gaan.

Onze klant, één van de grootste spelers in de logistieke sector, is opzoek naar een ervaren C0redit Collector om het SSC team te versterken. De persoon rapporteert aan de teamleader van dat departement. Het bedrijf is bereikbaat met de wagen of bromfiets, en in principe ook met het openbaar vervoer.

De holding in België bestaat uit een trendy Shared Service Centrum dat verantwoordelijk is voor een aantal landen. Het biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden gezien ze net een acquisitie hebben gehad. Na de inwerkperiode is thuiswerk een mogelijkheid.

Functieomschrijving:

Als Credit Collector sta je in voor volgende taken:

  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van openstaande facturen, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk;
  • Opvolgen van de toewijzing van inkomende betalingen;
  • Bespreken van betalingsvoorwaarden en betalingsregelingen met de klanten;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille;
  • Het versturen van betalingsherinneringen vanuit SAP;
  • Interne communicatie met diverse afdelingen;
  • Rapportage & incasso;
  • Interne communicatie met diverse afdelingen.

Profiel:

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor en/of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring;
  • Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar;
  • Zeer goed Nederlands én Engels, Frans is een plus;
  • SAP ervaring is een plus, goede kennis MS Office, Teams and XLS;
  • We zoeken naar iemand die passie heeft voor cijfers en klantencontacten;
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede teamspeler.
