Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Customer Care / Planning Medewerker After Sales (m/v/x) voor een klant actief in professionele keukenoplossingen en technisch materiaal in regio Aalst

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop, installatie en het onderhoud van professionele keukenapparatuur voor onder meer horeca, zorginstellingen, bedrijfsrestaurants en andere foodservice-omgevingen. Je komt terecht in een stabiele organisatie met een internationale achtergrond, waar verantwoordelijkheid, zelfstandigheid en collegialiteit centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Customer Care / Planning Medewerker After Sales ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de dienst na verkoop. Je staat in voor de administratieve en organisatorische opvolging van onderhoud en service, en ondersteunt mee de planning van de technische dienst.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Het opmaken van offertes binnen after sales;
  • Het opvolgen van het volledige onderhoudspakket;
  • Het opmaken en beheren van de onderhoudsplanning voor klanten;
  • Het ondersteunen van de dienst na verkoop op administratief en organisatorisch vlak;
  • Het mee bewaken van een vlotte serviceverlening en efficiënte planning.

Jouw profiel

Onze klant is op zoek naar een kandidaat met bachelordenkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Een affiniteit met een technische dienst of serviceomgeving is een pluspunt.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands;
  • Je kan je goed behelpen in het Frans;
  • Kennis van Engels is geen must;
  • Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste;
  • Een sterke kennis van Excel is een groot pluspunt;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je bent collegiaal en kan goed prioriteiten stellen;
  • Je voelt je goed in een werkomgeving waar vertrouwen centraal staat en er niet aan micromanagement gedaan wordt.
