Robert Half is op zoek naar Financial Analyst (M/V/X) - Regio Antwerpen

Voor een sterk groeiende en financieel gezonde organisatie in volle ontwikkeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Financial Analyst / Controller. Het gaat om een nieuwe functie die is ontstaan naar aanleiding van verdere professionalisering en groei, binnen een ondernemende omgeving met de steun van een langetermijninvesteerder.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Financial Analyst (M/V/X):

  • Je staat in voor de opmaak, opvolging en optimalisatie van de budgettering over een brede en complexe organisatie met meerdere entiteiten en budgetten.
  • Je verzorgt managementrapportering en financiële analyses, en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten voor de business.
  • Je maakt variantieanalyses en analyseert KPI's om prestaties, risico's en opportuniteiten scherp in kaart te brengen.
  • Je spart actief met clusterverantwoordelijken en andere interne afdelingen om financiële resultaten en operationele uitdagingen te bespreken.
  • Je neemt een business partnering rol op waarbij je met een helicopterview mee nadenkt over optimalisaties en strategische beslissingen.
  • Je trekt projecten mee en ondersteunt veranderingsprocessen binnen finance en de bredere organisatie.
  • Je durft bestaande werkwijzen in vraag te stellen en gaat proactief op zoek naar efficiëntiewinsten en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je ondersteunt bij leveranciersanalyses en prijsonderhandelingen vanuit een financieel en analytisch perspectief.
  • Je werkt met Excel en analysetools om data te structureren, rapporten op te bouwen en besluitvorming te ondersteunen.
  • Je bouwt op termijn verder verantwoordelijkheden op onder de vleugels van de CFO en groeit mee in de breedte van de functie.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een analytische mindset en voelt je sterk in het interpreteren van cijfers en data.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen audit, controlling, transactions of consulting.
  • Je bent in staat om financiële informatie kritisch te benaderen en linken te leggen met de business.
  • Je werkt graag in een omgeving waar je initiatief kan nemen en impact kan maken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen op diverse niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Excel en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en een goede kennis van Engels is belangrijk.
  • Je kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je voelt je goed in een pragmatische, down-to-earth werkomgeving waar samenwerking en betrokkenheid centraal staan.
