Robert Half is op zoek naar Financial & Business Controller (M/V/X) - Regio Gent.

Onze klant is een ambitieuze en sterk groeiende organisatie actief in een projectgedreven en dynamische omgeving. Je komt terecht in een professionele setting waar samenwerking, ondernemerschap en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Financial & Business Controller (M/V/X):

  • Je stelt managementrapporteringen op en werkt mee aan forecasts, budgetten en meerjarenplannen.
  • Je treedt op als business partner voor managers en ondersteunt hen bij financiële en strategische besluitvorming.
  • Je voert investeringsanalyses uit en werkt onderbouwde businesscases uit.
  • Je analyseert data uit verschillende afdelingen en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere en bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je volgt KPI's op en ondersteunt bij de implementatie van nieuwe performantie-indicatoren.
  • Je detecteert optimalisatiekansen en werkt concrete verbeteringsvoorstellen uit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opmaak van commissie- en bonusberekeningen.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in de verdere uitbouw en professionalisering van het FP&A-landschap.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen audit en/of controlling.
  • Je hebt daarnaast minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een controllingfunctie binnen een bedrijfsomgeving.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een uitgesproken business mindset.
  • Je communiceert vlot en voelt je comfortabel in contact met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ook een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je werkt zeer sterk met Excel.
  • Je bent diplomatisch, proactief, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
