Voor een internationale onderneming in Halen is Robert Half op zoek naar een High Potential Finance Talent dat mee instaat voor een correcte financiële rapportering en de maandelijkse afsluitingen. In deze functie krijg je de kans om je boekhoudkundige expertise verder uit te bouwen, nauw samen te werken met verschillende interne stakeholders en een actieve rol te spelen in de opvolging en optimalisatie van financiële processen.

Je komt terecht in een internationale productieomgeving waar samenwerking met het Global Shared Service Center (GSC), de business en Finance centraal staat. Je hoeft niet jarenlange ervaring mee te brengen: vooral je inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin, communicatieve vaardigheden en groeipotentieel maken het verschil.

Taken

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de maandafsluiting van één tot twee entiteiten.
  • Controle van boekingen en financiële gegevens aangeleverd door het Global Shared Service Center (GSC).
  • Opvolging van accruals, voorzieningen en vaste activa.
  • Uitvoeren van grootboekcontroles, reconciliaties en intercompany-afstemmingen.
  • Ondersteunen van fiscale verplichtingen en financiële rapportering.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor boekhoudkundige vragen en ondersteuning van het GSC.
  • Coaching, kennisdeling en kwaliteitsbewaking binnen het team.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders voor een correcte financiële verwerking.
  • Initiëren van procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen finance.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële, economische of boekhoudkundige richting.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische boekhoudkundige principes (BE GAAP). Dit is een belangrijke basis om de functie goed uit te oefenen.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in algemene boekhouding, maandafsluitingen en financiële rapportering. Ervaring met accounts payable (AP) is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk, analytisch ingesteld, hebt inzicht en begrijpt hoe financiële transacties en boekhoudkundige processen samenhangen.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en durft in gesprek te gaan met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en internationale teams.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt de maturiteit om overzicht te bewaren, prioriteiten te stellen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, ook wanneer deadlines naderen.
  • Je bent hands-on en oplossingsgericht: je wacht niet af, maar gaat actief op zoek naar antwoorden en oplossingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, staat open voor verandering en ziet nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden als een kans om bij te leren.
  • Je vindt het leuk om met IT-systemen en verschillende softwareprogramma's te werken en denkt graag mee over hoe processen efficiënter kunnen.
  • Je deelt graag kennis, kunt zaken helder uitleggen en hebt het potentieel om collega's te begeleiden en te coachen.
