HR Generalist (m/v/x) - Maître André

Maître André is een Belgisch familiebedrijf uit Brugge, gespecialiseerd in de productie van verse degen op rol en afgewerkte bladerdeegproducten. Vandaag telt de organisatie een 40 à 45 tal medewerkers, toont ze een gezonde groeidynamiek en ambitie voor de toekomst.

Om deze verdere groei te ondersteunen, is Robert Half als exclusieve partner op zoek naar een HR Generalist (M/V/X) (stand-alone functie).

In deze brede en zelfstandige rol werk je nauw samen met de Managing Director, ben je het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en neem je vooral operationele HR-taken op jou (80%), aangevuld met HR-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven (20%).

Als HR Generalist (M/V/X) heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je staat in voor de personeelsplanning en organiseert vervangingen bij afwezigheden;
  • Je bereidt prestaties voor en controleert deze voor het sociaal secretariaat Liantis en interimpartners;
  • Je beheert het volledige rekruteringsproces voor arbeiders- en bediendenprofielen;
  • Je onderhoudt de contacten met interimkantoren en evalueert bestaande samenwerkingen;
  • Je verzorgt de payrollvoorbereiding en opvolging via Liantis;
  • Je verzorgt de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers;
  • Je staat in voor de personeelsadministratie, contractbeheer en opvolging van verlof- en afwezigheidsaanvragen;
  • Je organiseert opleidingen en medische onderzoeken;
  • Je werkt mee aan welzijns- en veiligheidsinitiatieven in samenwerking met de Quality Manager;
  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen;
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties, digitalisering en verdere professionalisering van HR-processen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen een brede HR-functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en discreet.
  • Je bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt, bouwt vlot vertrouwen op en communiceert op een heldere, mensgerichte manier.
  • Je staat dicht bij de medewerkers en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en hebt oog voor optimalisatie en automatisering.
  • Je bent hands-on, ambitieus en wil op lange termijn mee groeien met een succesvolle kmo.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of voedingsbedrijf is een pluspunt.
