Voor een internationale logistieke speler met een sterke aanwezigheid in de Zeebrugse haven gaat Robert Half op zoek naar een:

INTERNAL AUDITOR (m/v/x)

Takenpakket

  • Je controleert de inhoudelijke juistheid van uitgaande facturen op basis van contracten, tarieven en operationele gegevens.
  • Je voert audits uit op facturatiestromen en checkt of alle prestaties effectief gefactureerd worden.
  • Je analyseert afwijkingen, ontbrekende inkomsten en mogelijke omzetlekken.
  • Je vergelijkt operationele data met facturatiegegevens en spoort verschillen op.
  • Je bespreekt bevindingen met finance, sales, operations en IT en daagt uit waar de cijfers niet kloppen.
  • Je zorgt samen met de collega's voor correcties en structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je rapporteert je bevindingen en formuleert aanbevelingen.
  • Je ontwikkelt controles en rapporteringen die de kwaliteit en volledigheid van de facturatie verhogen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de implementatie van nieuwe facturatiestromen en bewaakt de correcte toepassing.
  • Je draagt bij aan een cultuur van continue verbetering binnen de facturatieprocessen.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in Finance, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt min. 3 jaar ervaring in audit, controlling, facturatie of procesanalyse.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en kent Power Query.
  • Je bent analytisch, pragmatisch en cijfergericht.
  • Je durft vragen stellen en doet dat doortastend.
  • Je werkt graag autonoom en zelfstandig.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
