Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Internal Sales Assistant (m/v/x) in kader van een vaste, voltijdse invulling.

Takenpakket

  • Je vormt de schakel tussen productie en de buitendienst, zodat klantafspraken correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en orders van bestaande klanten nauwkeurig in het systeem.
  • Je volgt het volledige orderproces van A tot Z op, van orderinput tot facturatie.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve en logistieke afhandeling van bestellingen.
  • Je vraagt los- en laadnummers aan en kent deze correct toe aan zendingen.
  • Je volgt het leeggoed op en houdt hierbij steeds het overzicht.
  • Je bekijkt samen met de interne of externe transportpartners of leveringen haalbaar zijn.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor klanten en volgt hun orders proactief op.
  • Je stemt af met productie over planning, haalbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van producten.
  • Je bereidt productiefiches en dossiers administratief voor.
  • Je biedt algemene commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • Je denkt mee na over efficiëntere werkprocessen binnen de binnendienst. 🚀

Profiel

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een eerste relevante ervaring binnen internal sales, commerciële binnendienst of orderverwerking.
  • Een schoolverlater komt eveneens in aanmerking, mits de nodige maturiteit en een sterke professionele ingesteldheid.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je vlot behelpen in het Frans; spreekdurf is hierbij belangrijk.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en maakt je snel nieuwe systemen eigen.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem of een intern softwarepakket is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet professioneel te schakelen met verschillende interne en externe contacten.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt commercieel mee met de klant.
  • Je durft assertief op te treden en behoudt daarbij een correcte en constructieve aanpak.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt het overzicht en volgt dossiers graag van begin tot einde op.
  • Affiniteit met voeding of producten in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen. 👍
