Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Lead Data Analyst (M/V/X):

  • Je versnelt de besluitvorming binnen de organisatie door de continue beschikbaarheid en optimale werking van analytics-producten te garanderen.
  • Je identificeert de belangrijkste businessuitdagingen en vertaalt deze naar innovatieve, datagedreven inzichten en oplossingen.
  • Je democratiseert data over verschillende afdelingen heen en maakt complexe analyses helder, begrijpelijk en bruikbaar voor diverse stakeholders.
  • Je waakt erover dat analytics-ontwikkelingen maximaal waarde toevoegen voor de business.
  • Je bewaakt en promoot best practices rond datavisualisatie, datamodellering en data products.
  • Je fungeert als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt en vormt de brug tussen de business, het datateam en IT.
  • Je zorgt voor de continuïteit en het effectieve gebruik van dataproducten om de prestaties van de organisatie verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je lost problemen proactief op en beheert incidenten in productie op een efficiënte en gestructureerde manier.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met internationale business- en IT-teams om noden, opportuniteiten en prioriteiten op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je volgt actief marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe technologieën op en vertaalt relevante trends naar concrete opportuniteiten voor de organisatie.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma met specialisatie in data, statistiek, data-analyse of data science, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt 6 tot 10 jaar ervaring als Data Analyst.
  • Je hebt een zeer sterke kennis van SQL, wat een absolute vereiste is.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van Python, Git en analytics-methodologieën.
  • Je hebt ervaring met datamodellering, datavisualisatie en het ontwikkelen van kwalitatieve data products.
  • Ervaring met tools zoals dbt, Snowflake, GitLab, Power BI of Dash is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels en Frans, en kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet complexe initiatieven zelfstandig te leiden.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en slaagt erin om verschillende stakeholders met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Je werkt autonoom, oplossingsgericht en met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en impact.
