Robert Half is op zoek naar een Logistiek Administratief Bediende (m/v/x) voor een bedrijf in de medische sector.

Je komt terecht in een internationale organisatie in de regio Aalst. Het bedrijf is vlot bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en maakt deel uit van een sterk uitgebouwde logistieke omgeving.

Jouw taken:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele opvolging en optimalizatie van leveringen naar grote distributeurs in de regio;
  • Je monitort de logistieke flow en grijpt proactief in waar nodig;
  • Je analyseert verwachte en binnenkomende orders en bewaakt de voortgang;
  • Je staat in nauw contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders om mogelijke problemen tijdig te detecteren en op te lossen;
  • Je werkt samen met het magazijn en coördineert dat alle goederen correct en tijdig vertrekken;
  • Je fungeert als een schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen zoals transport, planning en supply chain;
  • Je denkt mee na over optimalisaties en efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen het proces;
  • Je volgt servicelevels op en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie richting stakeholders.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen logistiek of supply chain is een plus, maar geen must;
  • Je bent hands-on, proactief en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig;
  • Je hebt een sterke drive en denkt oplossingsgericht;
  • Je kan goed omgaan met deadlines en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.

Talenkennis:

  • Nederlands: zeer goed;
  • Engels: zeer goed;
  • Frans: een pluspunt.

IT-kennis:

  • Goede kennis van het MS Office pakket (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ervaring met Power BI is een troef;
  • Kennis van een ERP-systeem is een plus.
