Logistiek Planner & Order Entry (m/v/x) (Binnendienst)

Voor een bedrijf in Ooigem in de veevoedersector zoeken wij een logstieke planner. Je bent bereid om in shiften te werken - de ene week van 5u30 tot 12u30 en de andere week van 12u30 tot 20u30.

Doel van de functie

Als Logistiek Planner & Order Entry medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de correcte verwerking van klantbestellingen én de efficiënte planning van leveringen van veevoeders. Je vormt de schakel tussen klant, verkoop, productie en transport en zorgt ervoor dat orders administratief correct, tijdig en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd.

Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden

1. Order entry & besteldienst (binnendienst)

  • Invoeren en administratief verwerken van klantbestellingen in het ERP‑systeem (telefonisch, via e‑mail, portaal).
  • Controleren van bestellingen op volledigheid en juistheid (product, hoeveelheid, leverdatum, leveradres).
  • Verifiëren van productspecificaties (diersoort, type voeder, bulk/zakgoed, eventuele labels of certificaten).
  • Afstemmen van levertermijnen met klanten in functie van productie‑ en transportplanning.

Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten over:

  • levermomenten.
  • orderstatus.
  • wijzigingen of annulaties.
  • Correct verwerken van orderwijzigingen en last‑minute aanpassingen.
  • Administratieve opvolging van leverbonnen, retours en eventuele klachten in samenwerking met verkoop en logistiek.

2. Transport‑ en ritplanning

  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van dagelijkse en meerdaagse transportplanningen.

Combineren van orders tot efficiënte ritten rekening houdend met:

  • laadcapaciteit,
  • silo‑beschikbaarheid,
  • productcombinaties,
  • levervensters bij klanten.
  • Inplannen en aansturen van externe chauffeurs en transportfirma's.
  • Afstemmen van laadmomenten met productie.

3. Operationele opvolging & communicatie

  • Actief opvolgen van lopende leveringen en ingrijpen bij afwijkingen (vertragingen, technische problemen, wijzigingen).
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs bij operationele vragen.
  • Tijdig informeren van klanten en interne diensten bij wijzigingen of problemen.

4. Administratie, kwaliteit & compliance

  • Correct registreren van logistieke en ordergegevens in de systemen.
  • Bewaken van traceerbaarheid van voeders (lotnummers, leveringen).
  • Naleven van interne procedures en wettelijke voorschriften binnen de veevoedersector.

5. Analyse & procesverbetering

  • Analyseren van order‑ en levergegevens (wachttijden, foutmarges, spoedorders).
  • Signaleren van structurele knelpunten in bestel‑ en planningsprocessen.
  • Meewerken aan optimalisatie en digitalisering van order entry en logistieke flows (bv. klantportaal, automatisatie).
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering van klantentevredenheid en operationele efficiëntie.

Profiel

Opleiding en ervaring

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (logistiek, administratie, supply chain).
  • Ervaring in een logistieke binnendienst of transportplanning is een plus.
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in de agro‑ of veevoedersector is een meerwaarde.

Vaardigheden

  • Administratief zeer nauwkeurig.
  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel bij piekbelasting.
  • Vlot met ERP‑systemen en MS Office (Excel).
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans.
  • Bereid zijn om in ploegensysteem te werken (voormiddag, namiddag en dag)
