Vacature: Master Data Planning

Regio: Heuvelland

Voor een internationale en dynamische organisatie in de regio Heuvelland zijn we op zoek naar een Master Data Planning Officer.

In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in het beheer en de opvolging van de volledige productlevenscyclus. Je waakt over de kwaliteit, volledigheid en correctheid van masterdata en zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen en nieuwe aanvragen efficiënt en volgens de geldende procedures worden verwerkt.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je staat in voor het beheer en de opvolging van product-, materiaal-, verpakkings-, formulering- en locatiegegevens in SAP.
  • Je coördineert nieuwe aanvragen en wijzigingen binnen de productlevenscyclus, zoals nieuwe producten, verpakkingen, herformuleringen en wijzigingen aan productie- of opslaglocaties.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle masterdata correct, volledig en up-to-date zijn.
  • Je beheert de gemeenschappelijke intake-mailbox, beoordeelt binnenkomende aanvragen en zorgt voor een correcte doorverwijzing.
  • Je volgt openstaande dossiers en acties nauwgezet op en verzamelt ontbrekende informatie bij de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je detecteert mogelijke fouten, inconsistenties, risico's en knelpunten en onderneemt de nodige acties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders, waaronder Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain en Finance.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering en standaardisering van workflows, rapportages en intakeprocessen.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een nauwkeurige, analytische en gestructureerde professional die graag met data, processen en verschillende stakeholders werkt.

Daarnaast beschik je over volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen masterdata, product lifecycle management, productie, supply chain, kwaliteit, regelgeving of projectcoördinatie.
  • Ervaring met SAP en masterdataprocessen is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Je weet ontbrekende, foutieve of inconsistente gegevens snel te detecteren.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan verschillende dossiers en prioriteiten tegelijkertijd beheren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid om dossiers van A tot Z op te volgen.
  • Kennis van Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams en andere Microsoft 365-toepassingen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, voedingsindustrie, verpakkingssector of gereguleerde omgeving is mooi meegenomen.
