Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Medewerker Klantenboekhouding (m/v/x) voor een internationale speler actief binnen de distributiesector, regio Gent.

Heb je een eerste ervaring binnen de boekhouding en haal je energie uit het nauwkeurig opvolgen van klantentransacties? Werk je graag in teamverband en kan je je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels? Dan is deze opportuniteit zeker iets voor jou.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Medewerker Klantenboekhouding ondersteun je het finance team bij de dagelijkse verwerking en opvolging van financiële transacties:

  • Verwerken en boeken van kassa inkomsten;
  • Opstellen en versturen van dagelijkse verkooprapporteringen;
  • Analyseren, corrigeren en documenteren van kasverschillen;
  • Actief opvolgen van openstaande klantenvorderingen;
  • Versturen van betalingsherinneringen en aanmaningen;
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten omtrent achterstallige betalingen;
  • Escaleren van complexe dossiers en samenwerken met externe partners voor verdere invordering indien nodig.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen over facturen en betalingsinformatie;
  • Verzorgen van factuurkopieën en andere administratieve documenten;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met banken rond stortingen, kaartbetalingen en financiële transacties;
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van dagelijkse e-mailcommunicatie met diverse stakeholders.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een relevante ervaring of diploma binnen de boekhouding. Profielen die geen link hebben met boekhouden komen niet in aanmerking
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en bent leergierig;
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag mee bouwt aan een efficiënte financiële werking.
