Voor een internationale speler binnen de medische sector zijn we op zoek naar een Order Management Specialist (M/V/X). Je komt terecht in een hecht EMEA-team waar samenwerking, initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan. Er wordt sterk ingezet op opleiding, waardoor zowel kandidaten met ervaring als ambitieuze starters welkom zijn.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Order Management Specialist (M/V/X) zorg je ervoor dat klantorders correct, tijdig en efficiënt worden verwerkt en opgevolgd.

  • ✅ Verwerken en opvolgen van internationale klantorders;
  • ✅ Controleren en aanvullen van order- en klantgegevens;
  • ✅ Plannen, vrijgeven en coördineren van orders;
  • ✅ Bewaken van levertermijnen, SLA's en orderflows;
  • ✅ Samenwerken met Sales, Credit Control en Supply Chain;
  • ✅ Oplossen van vertragingen, escalaties en operationele vragen;
  • ✅ Analyseren van gegevens en ondersteunen van rapporteringen;
  • ✅ Signaleren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen.

Jouw profiel

  • ✔ Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • ✔ Een eerste ervaring binnen order management, supply chain, logistiek of administratie is een troef. Sterke schoolverlaters komen ook in aanmerking;
  • ✔ Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Engels en gebruikt de taal dagelijks vlot in je contacten met collega's binnen een internationale werkomgeving;
  • ✔ Alle andere talen zijn een plus;
  • ✔ Je werkt vlot met Excel (o.a. draaitabellen en VLOOKUP);
  • ✔ Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht;
  • ✔ Je neemt ownership en durft initiatief te nemen;
  • ✔ Je leert snel en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving met wisselende prioriteiten;
  • ✔ Je blijft rustig en gestructureerd werken wanneer de druk toeneemt.
