Je komt terecht in een hands-on productieomgeving waar veiligheid, welzijn en pragmatisch meedenken centraal staan. De organisatie zoekt iemand die zichtbaar aanwezig is op de werkvloer, risico's correct inschat en preventie op een praktische manier laat leven bij medewerkers en leidinggevenden.

De cultuur is direct, toegankelijk en no-nonsense. Het management is betrokken en staat open voor initiatief, maar zoekt tegelijk iemand die zelfstandig werkt, prioriteiten kan bepalen en verbeteringen op een haalbare manier doorvoert.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als Preventieadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van het preventiebeleid. Je werkt hiervoor samen met de externe preventiepartner en adviseert het management rond veiligheid, welzijn en preventie op de werkvloer.
  • Je staat in voor het uitwerken en opvolgen van het globaal preventieplan en het jaaractieplan. Daarnaast voer je risicoanalyses uit, onderzoek je arbeidsongevallen en incidenten, en vertaal je jouw bevindingen naar concrete verbetermaatregelen.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig in de productieomgeving en voert rondgangen uit om mogelijke risico's of onveilige situaties tijdig op te merken. Je spreekt medewerkers aan, sensibiliseert hen rond veilig werken en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsprocedures duidelijk en toepasbaar blijven.
  • Daarnaast organiseer je toolboxmeetings, opleidingen en evacuatieoefeningen. Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt veiligheidsprocedures en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers correct geïnformeerd worden. Ook het opvolgen van afvalbeheer, recyclage en veiligheid bij nieuwe investeringen behoort tot jouw takenpakket.
  • De functie bevat zowel operationele als administratieve verantwoordelijkheden. Ongeveer de helft van jouw tijd gaat naar administratie, rapportering, plannen, procedures en opvolging. De andere helft ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer, waar je meedenkt, bijstuurt en medewerkers ondersteunt.
  • Op termijn kan je ook betrokken worden bij bredere strategische thema's rond preventie en veiligheid. Daarnaast kan je in bepaalde praktische of operationele dossiers een coördinerende rol opnemen.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt een opleiding Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of Niveau 2 Deze opleiding is een must voor deze functie.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als preventieadviseur binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring binnen voeding, zware productie of een technisch-industriële context is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans. Een goede kennis van het Frans is belangrijk, aangezien je opleidingen, toolboxen en communicatie naar medewerkers ook in het Frans moet kunnen brengen.
  • Als persoon ben je pragmatisch, toegankelijk en kan je mensen meekrijgen in het veiligheidsverhaal. Je zoekt naar haalbare oplossingen die veiligheid en productie met elkaar verzoenen. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en kan goed inschatten welke zaken dringend zijn en welke niet.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en hebt voldoende maturiteit om een stand-alone functie op te nemen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, communiceert duidelijk en kan medewerkers op een positieve manier meenemen in het veiligheidsverhaal.
  • De organisatie zoekt iemand die zich op lange termijn wil engageren en preventie structureel mee wil uitbouwen.
