Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf met sterke groeiambities zoeken wij een Projectplanner. Je komt terecht in een moderne werkomgeving waar innovatie, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Vanuit de Belgische hoofdzetel werk je mee aan internationale projecten en vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, projectmanagers en technische teams. 🚀

Takenpakket

Als Projectplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning en administratieve opvolging van internationale installaties:

  • Je plant de installaties van technische teams bij klanten, voornamelijk in Frankrijk en andere Europese landen.
  • Je stemt de planning af met projectmanagers en stuurt bij wanneer wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties zich voordoen.
  • Je organiseert transporten binnen en buiten Europa en zorgt voor een vlotte logistieke opvolging.
  • Je communiceert met klanten over de geplande installatiedata en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt voor praktische afspraken.
  • Je volgt facturen op van onder andere externe plaatsers en transportpartners.
  • Je beheert het wagenpark van de bestelwagens, poolwagens en vrachtwagens.
  • Je fungeert als centrale schakel tussen klanten, projectleiders, plaatsingsteams en onderaannemers en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Profiel

Om deze functie succesvol in te vullen, zoeken we een kandidaat met:

  • Diploma: Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist; relevante ervaring primeert.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring met het plannen van mobiele of technische teams.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • IT-kennis: Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent stressbestendig, behoudt het overzicht in een snel veranderende omgeving en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je bent communicatief sterk, denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt rekening met zowel de operationele planning als de mensen achter de planning.
