Voor een toonaangevende internationale organisatie met activiteiten in meerdere Europese landen zijn we op zoek naar een Service Delivery Expert (M/V/X). Je komt terecht in een stabiele en financieel gezonde omgeving waar innovatie, samenwerking en professionele groei centraal staan.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Service Delivery Expert (M/V/X):

  • Je bewaakt de prestaties van externe IT-partners en zorgt ervoor dat contractuele afspraken en servicelevels worden nageleefd.
  • Je leidt service reviews, bespreekt SLA-resultaten en volgt tekortkomingen en verbeteracties nauwgezet op.
  • Je onderzoekt en coördineert complexe incidenten waarbij meerdere leveranciers betrokken zijn en stuurt aan op duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert het SLA-framework, de servicecatalogus en de samenwerkingsovereenkomsten tussen IT-teams.
  • Je stelt rapporteringen op over de algemene dienstverlening en levert input voor management- en directierapportages.
  • Je controleert facturen, verbruikskosten, softwarelicenties en clouduitgaven ten opzichte van contractuele afspraken.
  • Je berekent en behandelt eventuele service credits en ondersteunt contractwijzigingen, verlengingen en onderhandelingen.
  • Je begeleidt transities tussen leveranciers en coördineert overleg tussen verschillende externe partners.
  • Je beheert het leveranciersregister, de contractkalender en de opvolging van contractvernieuwingen.
  • Je waakt over de naleving van contractstandaarden, gegevensbescherming en relevante compliance-verplichtingen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, Computer Science, Bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting, of je hebt gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen IT service delivery, service integration, supplier management of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van teams, diensten of externe leveranciers.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van infrastructuur, cloudomgevingen en IT-security.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het beheren van leveranciersbudgetten en outsourced IT-diensten.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met contractonderhandelingen, contractverlengingen en leveranciersbeheer.
  • Je kan contractuele prestaties analyseren en leveranciers aanspreken op hun verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van meetings tussen meerdere stakeholders en externe partners.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag eigenaarschap op.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet diplomatisch om te gaan met uiteenlopende belangen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving en werkt vlot samen met verschillende teams en culturen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans is een sterke troef
