Robert Half is voor een klant op zoek naar een Service Delivery Officer (m/v/x) voor een bedrijf in Brussel.

Onze klant is een gevestigde organisatie actief in een technische en servicegerichte omgeving. Het bedrijf ondersteunt dagelijks diverse interne en externe stakeholders en zet sterk in op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continue verbetering van processen. Ter versterking van het team zijn zij op zoek naar een analytische en nauwkeurige Service Delivery Officer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stelt tijdige en accurate rapporteringen op op basis van service- en operationele gegevens.
  • Je verzamelt, controleert en consolideert informatie uit verschillende bronnen om betrouwbare managementinformatie te creëren.
  • Je maakt SLA-rapporten, KPI-rapporten, dashboards en andere rapporteringsdocumenten.
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit, volledigheid en actualiteit van de beschikbare data.
  • Je optimaliseert en automatiseert bestaande rapporteringsprocessen die vandaag nog gedeeltelijk manueel verlopen.
  • Je maakt gebruik van geavanceerde Excel-functionaliteiten om gegevensverwerking en rapportering efficiënter te maken.
  • Je identificeert opportuniteiten voor automatisering met tools zoals Power Automate en VBA.
  • Je onderhoudt dashboards en werkt actief mee aan verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Je ondersteunt het Service Delivery-team met administratieve en analytische taken.
  • Je vertaalt operationele gegevens naar duidelijke en bruikbare inzichten voor interne stakeholders en het management.
  • Je organiseert zelfstandig je werkzaamheden en respecteert daarbij deadlines en kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Jij herkent jezelf in onderstaande:

  • Je beschikt over een eerste relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een technische context.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van Microsoft Excel, waaronder draaitabellen, geavanceerde formules, datamodellering en dashboarding.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en werkt graag met data.
  • Ervaring met KPI-ontwikkeling, SLA-rapportering en datakwaliteitsbeheer is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van ITIL-processen en CMDB-omgevingen vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met Power Automate, VBA, Grafana of vergelijkbare tools is een troef.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent gestructureerd, zelfstandig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en streeft steeds naar kwaliteit.
  • Je beschikt over sterke schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kan complexe gegevens vertalen naar heldere managementinformatie.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
