Ben jij een sterke planner met een scherp analytisch inzicht en voel jij je thuis in een dynamische productieomgeving?

Voor een internationale en stabiele onderneming in de regio Pelt zijn wij op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planner die een centrale rol wil opnemen binnen het plannings- en supply chainproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je stelt de productieplanning op en volgt deze nauwgezet op, waarbij je bijstuurt waar nodig.
  • Je organiseert en leidt planningsmeetings en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen de verschillende betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je plant orders op basis van klantenorders, forecasts, beschikbare capaciteit en grondstoffen.
  • Je denkt vooruit, bewaakt de langetermijncapaciteit en reageert snel en doordacht op wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties.
  • Je zorgt voor een optimale balans tussen klanttevredenheid en een efficiënte productieflow.
  • Je houdt rekening met ombouwtijden, productie-efficiëntie en een optimale spreiding van de planning.
  • Je staat in voor de tijdige bestelling van componenten via het ERP-systeem en volgt leveringen nauwgezet op.
  • Je werkt intensief samen met productie, sales, aankoop, logistiek en externe leveranciers.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met verschillende stakeholders en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte samenwerking.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en bij voorkeur ook in een planningsfunctie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van SAP is een mooie plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent proactief, hands-on en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende prioriteiten en blijft sterk presteren onder druk.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een duidelijke focus op optimalisatie en continue verbetering.
