Robert Half is op zoek naar een Technisch Administratief Medewerker (m/v/x) voor een groeiende en innovatieve organisatie binnen de bouwsector, regio Gent.

Onze klant is een dynamische speler actief in technische projecten en werfbeheer. Het bedrijf combineert technische expertise met een sterke focus op structuur en efficiëntie. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking, ondersteuning en procesoptimalisatie centraal staan. Binnen deze functie speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van drie projectleiders en het stroomlijnen van administratieve processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Technisch Administratief Medewerker ben je de centrale schakel binnen het projectteam en zorg je voor structuur, overzicht en ondersteuning op verschillende niveaus.Taken:

  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan de projectleiders en zorgt voor een uniforme en gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Je verwerkt, beheert en structureert technische en administratieve documenten.
  • Je stelt planningen op en volgt deze nauwgezet op, waarbij je proactief knelpunten detecteert en oplost.
  • Je beheert complexe agenda's en zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie van de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je verzorgt klantencommunicatie via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je maakt verslagen van meetings en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je ondersteunt het facility team op wekelijkse basis en helpt processen te optimaliseren.
  • Je organiseert kleinere events en praktische activiteiten.
  • Je stelt snagginglijsten op en volgt deze op; daarnaast voer je eenvoudige controles uit op de werf.
  • Je werkt met Excel voor rapportages en overzichtslijsten en gebruikt Autocad voor technische tekeningen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en neemt initiatief om processen efficiënter te maken.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma, richting bouwkunde, (elektro)techniek of gelijkaardig.
  • Je hebt minimum 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een ondersteunende administratieve functie binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een troef.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en kan vlot werken met complexe tabellen en formules.
  • Kennis van Autocad en technisch tekenen is een plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en niet bang om contact op te nemen met interne en externe partijen.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent proactief, hands-on en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit een ondersteunende rol en zoekt stabiliteit op lange termijn.
