Voor een internationale en logistiek georiënteerde onderneming is Robert Half op zoek naar een Transportplanner (M/V/X).

Ben jij sterk in planning en organisatie en heb je ervaring binnen transport en algemene logistiek? Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar je dagelijks contact hebt met klanten, chauffeurs en transportpartners? Dan is deze opportuniteit mogelijk precies wat je zoekt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Transportplanner (M/V/X) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van nationale en internationale transporten. Je zorgt ervoor dat leveringen efficiënt, tijdig en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het plannen, opvolgen en bijsturen van transporten in functie van klantenvragen en operationele noden;
  • Het onderhouden van dagelijks contact met klanten, transporteurs en interne afdelingen;
  • Het organiseren van efficiënte transportoplossingen binnen de afgesproken deadlines;
  • Het opvolgen van transportdossiers van A tot Z;
  • Het opmaken en controleren van de nodige transportdocumenten;
  • Het bewaken van levertermijnen en proactief inspelen op eventuele problemen of vertragingen;
  • Het afstemmen met transportpartners om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen;
  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van gegevens in het ERP-systeem;
  • Het ondersteunen van logistieke processen en het signaleren van verbeterpunten;
  • Het zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van transportopdrachten.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen transportplanning, expeditie of algemene logistiek;
  • Een specifiek diploma is geen vereiste; relevante ervaring en motivatie zijn belangrijker;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Kennis van het Duits is een sterke plus;
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is mooi meegenomen. Je werkt met een intern ontwikkeld systeem gebaseerd op Navision, maar voorkennis hiervan is niet vereist;
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor jouw dossiers;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt;
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt oplossingsgericht;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met zowel klanten als collega's.
