Nous recherchons un.e Chargé.e d'Assistance pour notre client qui est un acteur majeur de la mobilité d'aujourd'hui et de demain, en Belgique et à l'étranger. Ils informent et assistant leurs clients dans tous leurs déplacements, peu importe leur moyen de transport, pour que leur mobilité soit une expérience efficace et agréable.

Ils développent les solutions d'assistance, de services et de mobilité multimodale, en privilégiant toujours l'humain et l'innovation.

Vos responsabilités en tant que Chargé.e d'Assistance :

  • Prendre en charge les dossiers d'assistance en assurant la gestion des appels entrants et sortants et le suivi administratif des dossiers.
  • Être le point de contact pour les partenaires à l'étranger dans le cadre de pannes survenues en Belgique impliquant des clients internationaux.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des dossiers pour les clients B2B premium, en veillant à une prise en charge personnalisée et efficace.
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des contrats liés à l'assistance complémentaire, à l'assurance habitation et à d'autres services associés.

Le profil ideal du. de la Chargé.e d'Assistance :

  • S'exprimer parfaitement en néerlandais, en français et en anglais est impératif. La connaissance d'une langue supplémentaire est un atout;
  • Possèder une expérience dans des fonctions où le contact client est central: service client, gestionnaire de dossiers, contact center, call center,… ;
  • Se montrer serviable et faire preuve de toute l'empathie nécessaire;
  • Démontrer des capacités à gérer des moments de pics et arriver à appréhender ces périodes en étant résistant au stress;
  • Etre orienté solution et posséder les facultés de rassurer les clients;
  • Disposer de solides compétences en communication et savoir gérer des contacts fréquents (et parfois difficiles) avec différents interlocuteurs (client, partenaire externe,…);
  • Se sentir à l'aise dans un environnement multiculturel et multilingue;
  • Accepter de travailler selon un horaire variable du lundi au dimanche entre 6h30 et 22h30;
