Notre client, actif dans le secteur chimique à Liège, est à la recherche d'un Engineering Manager (PMO). Ce poste vous offre l'opportunité unique d'animer une équipe de chefs de projet tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les disciplines électriques, mécaniques, automatisation et génie civil.

Vous serez au cœur de l'excellence opérationnelle, dans un environnement où la réussite collective est valorisée et où chaque membre contribue activement à l'amélioration continue.

Vos responsabilités en tant que Engineering Manager (PMO) :

  • Superviser la planification, l'exécution et le suivi des projets afin d'assurer l'atteinte des objectifs fixés dans le respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité attendue.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et motiver une équipe de chefs de projet en favorisant la collaboration, le développement des compétences et l'amélioration continue.
  • Analyser les processus existants et proposer des actions d'amélioration, tout en mettant en œuvre les retours d'expérience nécessaires à l'évolution des standards.
  • Gérer le portefeuille CAPEX en assurant la priorisation des projets, les arbitrages, l'allocation optimale des ressources, ainsi que la consolidation des indicateurs et le reporting à la Direction.
  • Définir et déployer des indicateurs de performance (KPI) permettant de mesurer efficacement l'efficacité des projets et celle des équipes.
  • Identifier et évaluer les risques liés aux projets puis élaborer et suivre les plans d'actions nécessaires à leur maîtrise.
  • Assurer une communication fluide et transparente entre les équipes projets, les opérations et la Direction afin de garantir une bonne circulation de l'information.
  • Favoriser un climat collaboratif entre toutes les disciplines techniques impliquées (électrique, mécanique, automation, génie civil) pour maximiser la réussite collective.

Le profil idéal que nous recherchons:

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur industriel ou civil avec orientation chimie ou procédés ou équivalent reconnu par le secteur.
  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 7 ans en tant que PMO ou dans une fonction similaire avec une solide expérience en management d'équipe, coaching et développement des talents.
  • Certification en gestion de projet (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile ou équivalent) indispensable; une certification Green Belt ou Black Belt Lean Six Sigma constitue un atout supplémentaire appréciable.
  • Excellent niveau de français et de l'anglais (lu, écrit, parlé).
