Heb jij een passie voor kwaliteit en logistiek? Ben je nauwkeurig, analytisch en wil je een belangrijke rol spelen binnen de farmaceutische supply chain? Voor een internationale marktleider binnen de logistieke sector zijn wij op zoek naar een Handling Quality Coordinator die mee instaat voor het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteitsprocessen binnen de luchtvrachtactiviteiten.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je kwaliteitscontroles, GDP-compliance en procesoptimalisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende operationele teams en zorgt ervoor dat farmaceutische producten volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden behandeld en vervoerd.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bewaakt de naleving van GDP-richtlijnen (Good Distribution Practice) en ondersteunt de correcte toepassing van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (QMS).
  • Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitsrondes, steekproeven en procescontroles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat alle procedures correct worden gevolgd.
  • Je controleert de temperatuurregistraties van farmaceutische producten en volgt eventuele afwijkingen nauwgezet op om de cold chain te waarborgen.
  • Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits, behandelt kwaliteitsafwijkingen en werkt mee aan corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen (CAPA).
  • Je analyseert bestaande werkprocessen, controleert registraties en helpt bij het verbeteren van procedures en werkinstructies (SOP's).
  • Je organiseert kwaliteits- en GDP-trainingen en sensibiliseert medewerkers rond het belang van correcte kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsindicatoren (KPI's) op, analyseert resultaten en rapporteert verbeterpunten aan de betrokken stakeholders.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring binnen logistiek, warehousing, quality management of de farmaceutische sector.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van GDP-richtlijnen. Ervaring binnen farmaceutische logistiek of luchtvracht is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitsprocedures, controles en het opvolgen van afwijkingen.
  • Je hebt een analytische ingesteldheid en werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief om processen te verbeteren.
