Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et avez une expérience dans l'administration des achats, la facturation ou la gestion de litiges ? Rejoignez une entreprise dynamique où le service Administration des Achats joue un rôle central dans les relations avec les industriels et les centrales d'achat.

Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de contribuer à des processus administratifs et financiers essentiels tout en collaborant avec divers partenaires internes et externes.

En tant que Junior Comptable vous serez responsable de :

  • Intégration et contrôle des documents EDI : Assurer le suivi des flux de données facturées et résoudre les problématiques d'intégration.
  • Facturation intercompany (interco) : Générer, émettre et suivre les factures destinées aux centrales d'achat.
  • Gestion des litiges : Traiter les avis de litiges, les litiges quantités avec les centrales d'achat, ainsi que les réclamations qualité (mineures et majeures).
  • Suivi administratif : Gérer les frais d'implémentation, les colis innovation, et les commandes conventionnelles.
  • Relances et encodage manuel : Relancer les industriels pour les documents non reçus en EDI, suivre les paiements en attente, et encoder manuellement certains documents si nécessaire.
  • Traitement des demandes : Répondre aux sollicitations reçues via les boîtes mails du département.

Profil recherché du Junior Comptable :

  • Vous avez un bachelier en finance ou en comptabilité.
  • Vous parlez français.
  • Une expérience préalable dans l'administration des achats, la facturation ou la gestion de litiges est un atout important.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et avez un excellent sens de l'organisation.
  • Vous possédez une bonne capacité d'analyse et savez résoudre efficacement les problèmes.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et maîtrisez les flux administratifs.
  • Vous avez un esprit d'équipe développé et de bonnes capacités de communication.
