Voor een gerenommeerd bedrijf in Zwijndrecht zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Teamlead Supply Chain. Ben jij een geboren leider met een passie voor planning, optimalisatie en teamwork? Jouw takenpakket als Teamlead Supply Chain:

  • Je coacht en motiveert je team, begeleidt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en voert regelmatig feedback- en evaluatiegesprekken. Daarnaast zorg je voor een vlotte werkverdeling en bewaak je de capaciteit, prioriteiten en continuïteit binnen het team.
  • Je vertaalt de afdelingsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning op korte en lange termijn. Daarbij stem je klantbehoeften en forecasts af op de beschikbare productiecapaciteit en materialen.
  • Je volgt kritische orders, voorraadniveaus, mogelijke tekorten en planningsafwijkingen nauwgezet op. Je ondersteunt je planners bij complexe vraagstukken en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder Production, Purchasing, Quality Control, Customer Service en Sales, om een vlotte samenwerking en optimale planning te garanderen.
  • Je analyseert KPI's en plannings- en voorraadgegevens, signaleert risico's en rapporteert resultaten en verbeterpunten aan de Materials Manager.
  • Je neemt initiatief om processen rond planning, voorraadbeheer, samenwerking en SAP-, MRP- en masterdatabeheer continu te verbeteren. Ook waak je over actuele procedures, werkinstructies en documentatie.

Het ideale profiel als Teamlead Supply Chain:

  • Je brengt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring mee binnen supply chain, operations, productieplanning, procurement of materials management.
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden en motiveren van anderen. Ervaring met teamcoaching of een leidinggevende rol is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van demand planning, productieplanning, MRP en voorraadbeheer.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, denkt procesgericht en hebt ervaring met KPI-opvolging en continue verbetering. Excel en data-analyse hebben voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen. Kennis van SAP, MRP-processen en SAP-masterdata is een mooie troef.
