Vous intégrerez une fiduciaire dynamique avec une clientèle diversifiée et variée. Le poste est principalement orienté comptabilité et salaires. Comptable fiduciaire (80 \- 100%) Vos responsabilités Comptabilité \- environ 70% Tenue de comptabilités pour une clientèle diversifiée Gestion de comptabilités de sociétés de différentes tailles et secteurs d'activité Saisie et contrôle des pièces comptables Réconciliations bancaires et contrôles des comptes Préparation des clôtures et des états financiers Gestion de dossiers comptables avec des niveaux de complexité variés Participation aux déclarations fiscales et TVA selon les compétences Contacts réguliers avec les clients Salaires \- environ 30% Gestion complète des salaires pour différents clients Établissement des décomptes et documents liés aux salaires Gestion des assurances sociales et des différentes obligations administratives Suivi des entrées et sorties de collaborateurs Réponses aux questions courantes des clients et collaborateurs Votre profil Expérience confirmée en fiduciaire en Suisse (minimum 3 ans), avec une solide pratique de la comptabilité Bonnes connaissances de la comptabilité suisse Expérience en gestion des salaires et assurances sociales À l'aise avec des dossiers clients variés et parfois complexes Bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (minimum B2\) Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques ; connaissances de Abacus et/ou Winbiz fortement appréciées Personne autonome, organisée, rigoureuse et orientée solutions Aisance dans les contacts avec une clientèle diversifiée Esprit d'équipe et envie de contribuer au développement d'une fiduciaire en croissance Ce que nous vous proposons Une fonction variée, avec une forte dominante comptabilité Une clientèle diversifiée et des dossiers offrant un bon niveau de technicité 1 jour de télétravail par semaine 25 jours de vacances Prévoyance professionnelle LPP avec participation employeur/employé à 50/50 Assurance\-accidents privée Un environnement de travail dynamique au sein d'une fiduciaire en plein développement Des possibilités d'évolution et de développement des compétences Intéressé·e ?
