Pour le compte de notre client, une fiduciaire moderne, digitalisée et en pleine croissance basée à Genève et Lausanne, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Pôle Payroll (80\-100%).

Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, nous recherchons une personne expérimentée pour piloter le pôle Payroll.

Responsable du pôle Payroll (80 \- 100%)

Vos missions principales

  • Assurer la gestion, la coordination et le développement du pôle Payroll
  • Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétences une équipe dédiée
  • Superviser et garantir la qualité des traitements liés aux salaires et aux obligations sociales
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les Responsables de mandats afin d'assurer un accompagnement optimal des clients
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et contribuer à l'optimisation des outils digitaux
  • Être une personne de référence sur les questions liées à la gestion des salaires et aux évolutions réglementaires
  • Veiller au respect des délais, standards qualité et engagements clients

Profil recherché

  • Formation dans le domaine RH, finance, comptabilité ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion des salaires et administration RH en fiduciaire
  • Première expérience réussie en management ou forte appétence pour la gestion d'équipe
  • Très bonne maîtrise des processus Payroll et des assurances sociales suisses
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux et intérêt pour les environnements modernes et innovants
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et sens du service
  • Personne autonome, organisée et orientée solutions
