Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, société indépendante genevoise active dans le family office, l'administration de sociétés et la gestion de structures patrimoniales, en Suisse comme à l'international, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Accountant. Dans un contexte de croissance, cette société renforce son pôle comptable et souhaite en parallèle moderniser ses processus.

Le poste

Vous prenez en charge la comptabilité, la fiscalité et le suivi administratif d'un portefeuille varié de sociétés suisses, et vous contribuez activement à la digitalisation des services comptables.

Vos responsabilités

Comptabilité et reporting

  • Gérer en autonomie la comptabilité de sociétés suisses (SA, Sàrl, holdings, sociétés patrimoniales et opérationnelles) et de fondations
  • Tenir les comptabilités, effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et suivre les flux financiers
  • Réaliser les clôtures périodiques et annuelles et établir les états financiers selon le Code des obligations
  • Préparer les dossiers destinés aux organes de révision
  • Suivre les comptes courants, prêts, investissements et opérations intragroupes
  • Produire des reportings et analyses pour les clients et la direction

Fiscalité et conformité

  • Établir les déclarations fiscales des personnes morales (ICC et IFD) et les décomptes TVA
  • Traiter les sujets courants liés à l'impôt anticipé et aux distributions de dividendes
  • Veiller au respect des échéances comptables, fiscales et réglementaires
  • Travailler avec les conseillers fiscaux et experts externes sur les dossiers complexes

Relation client et vie sociétaire

  • Préparer les documents liés à l'approbation des comptes, aux assemblées générales et aux décisions des conseils d'administration
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les réviseurs, autorités fiscales, banques et notaires
  • Être l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des clients pour leurs questions comptables et fiscales, dans le respect de la confidentialité
  • Collaborer avec les équipes corporate et family office

Optimisation et digitalisation

  • Repérer les gains d'efficacité : moins de tâches manuelles, processus simplifiés, meilleure allocation des ressources
  • Piloter la mise en place et l'amélioration des outils comptables et digitaux, ainsi que leur intégration
  • Standardiser les procédures pour gagner en qualité et en productivité, et améliorer la rentabilité des mandats
  • Accompagner les collaborateurs dans l'adoption des nouveaux outils

Gestion des mandats

  • Piloter vos mandats dans le respect des délais, budgets et standards de qualité
  • Planifier les travaux et suivre les échéances
  • Superviser et relire, le cas échéant, le travail de collaborateurs juniors

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en comptabilité ou finance, idéalement brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, diplôme d'expert fiduciaire ou équivalent
  • 5 ans d'expérience minimum en comptabilité suisse en fiduciaire
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion autonome de mandats pour des sociétés suisses
  • Solide maîtrise des bouclements et des états financiers selon le droit suisse
  • Bonnes connaissances de la fiscalité des personnes morales, de la TVA et de l'impôt anticipé
  • Appétence pour l'automatisation et la digitalisation
  • Français courant et très bon anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
