Role Overview

We are seeking Regional Growth Leads to build awareness of RoboStrategy among investors and the wider robotics and technology community in our priority international markets. Each lead owns one market end to end. You will be our voice in your market, adapting our content for local audiences, growing our presence on the platforms where local investors spend their time, and building relationships with local media and creators. This is a marketing and community role. It does not involve soliciting investors, providing investment advice or handling transactions. Open roles are listed under Logistics; apply for the market you know best.

We are hiring for talent and trajectory above all else. We would rather take someone with real ability and the judgment to put it to work than someone with a longer resume, and we expect this role to grow substantially as the firm does. You should be a self-starter who can build a market presence from scratch without being walked through it, AI-native in how you work, and above all someone who knows how investors in your market discover and evaluate opportunities. What you have built and grown is how we will judge that, so come ready to walk us through it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your market. Define and execute the strategy for growing RoboStrategy’s awareness and audience among investors in your market, and own the results.
  • Localize our content. Adapt our articles, videos, newsletters and social content for local audiences, preserving accuracy and our voice.
  • Build our local presence. Launch and grow RoboStrategy’s channels on the platforms most used by investors in your market, such as Naver and KakaoTalk in Korea or LINE in Japan.
  • Engage the community. Participate in the conversations, forums and communities where local investors and technology enthusiasts discuss robotics and markets.
  • Build media and creator relationships. Develop relationships with local journalists, creators and opinion leaders, in coordination with our Performance Marketing Lead and compliance.
  • Support local partnerships and events. Support relationships with local investing platforms, brokers and institutions, and help plan and run events, conferences and meetups in your market.
  • Bring market insight back. Track local sentiment, competitor activity and what resonates with audiences, own the KPIs for your market (awareness, audience growth, coverage and funnel), and report them to the team with clear recommendations.
  • Work within a public-market framework. Partner with compliance so that local content meets the standards applicable to a listed fund and to local regulation, and is pre-approved and retained in line with our requirements.

Core Qualifications

  • Based in, and deeply familiar with, one of the open markets listed below. Tell us which market is yours and why.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in marketing, community or content roles, ideally in finance, fintech, crypto or technology.
  • Native fluency in the primary language of your market, or a major language of the region for multi-country markets, and professional fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated experience growing an audience or community in your market.
  • Deep familiarity with your market’s social platforms, media landscape and retail investing culture.
  • Sharp writing and localization skills, with the judgment to adapt content rather than translate it literally.
  • AI-native in how you work, using AI tools daily for localization, content production and analysis, consistent with our AI-first approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • An owner who treats your market as your own business and its growth as your measure of success.
  • Well connected in your market’s investing, technology or crypto communities.
  • A self-starter comfortable as the firm’s first presence in a new market, building without a local team or playbook.
  • High-volume and consistent, with a bias toward shipping.
  • Culturally fluent in both directions: credible with local media and investors, and an effective bridge to our core team.
  • Comfortable operating with compliance guardrails at a publicly listed fund, where accuracy matters as much as speed.
  • Shares our conviction that robotics will be one of the defining investment themes of the coming decades.

Logistics

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, working closely with the CMO and our Social & Content and Performance Marketing Leads.

Location: Based in your market. Open roles, one per market: Korea (Seoul), Japan (Tokyo), Hong Kong, Taiwan (Taipei), Singapore, Europe including the UK (London or a major EU hub), MENA (Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Riyadh preferred) and Latin America (hub city flexible).
