En större offentlig aktör inom kollektivtrafik söker en datasamordnare och projektadministratör (Nivå 3) till investeringsprojekt inom spårbunden trafik och anläggning. Uppdraget är fördelat över fem projekt och omfattar CAD- och datasamordning, ritnings- och dokumenthantering, inventeringar samt administrativt stöd till projektledare. Krav på minst två års relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, minst 4 års erfarenhet som datasamordnare, 2 års erfarenhet som projektadministratör samt god vana av projekteringsprocessen i offentlig beställarorganisation. Beskrivning av uppdraget Uppdraget innebär att i samråd med beställare projektadministrera samt samordna data, modeller och ritningar i enlighet med gällande riktlinjer och krav. Rollen stöttar projekten med CAD- och datasamordning, dokumenthantering samt inventering och utredning kopplat till teknisk dokumentation för spårtrafik. Arbetet utförs bland annat i verktyg som Athena och Avima och är fördelat över fem projekt: Utbyte av hissar och rulltrappor 2028 Citybana, utbyte av rulltrappor Brandskyddsåtgärder Nyboda Brandskyddsåtgärder Liljeholmen Infrastruktur för digitalisering av reklamytor

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Ansvara för CAD- och datasamordning, diarieföring och hantering av teknisk dokumentation enligt gällande ärende- och dokumenthanteringsprocesser. Hantera ritningsflöden, söka fram ritningar och migrera underlag (t.ex. från arkivsystem till projektets samarbetsyta i Avima). Bistå med inventering och utredning av ritningsdokumentation med förståelse för den fysiska arkivstrukturen. Stötta projektledare vid överlämning till förvaltning. Hantera behörigheter och tillträde till anläggningar (passerkort/nycklar) via systemet Betsy. Utföra kontrollattestering i ekonomisystemet (Agresso). Skriva mötesprotokoll (ca 1–2 protokoll per vecka).

Obligatoriska krav Högskoleexamen eller yrkeshögskoleutbildning (YH) motsvarande minst två (2) år. Minst fyra (4) års erfarenhet av rollen som datasamordnare. Minst två (2) års erfarenhet som projektadministratör. Minst fyra (4) års dokumenterad erfarenhet från projekteringsprocessen i en beställarorganisation inom offentlig sektor. Minst fyra (4) års erfarenhet av att administrera och samordna produktdokumentation inom projektskedena bygghandling samt relationshandling. Minst fyra (4) års erfarenhet av att hantera ritningar, modeller, dokument och övrig projekteringsrelaterad information.

Mervärdeskrav (Meriterande) Minst tre (3) års erfarenhet inom förvaltning kopplat till spårbunden trafik. Minst tre (3) års erfarenhet av arbete i system som hanterar allmänna handlingar, leverabellistor och diarieföring. Minst ett (1) års erfarenhet av passersystem och IT-stöd (exempelvis Betsy).
