Rob Sight Ford is looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing Service Department.

If you're an experienced technician looking for a dealership where you can make money, stay busy, and build a career, we want to talk to you.

SIGN-ON BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Ford Senior Master Technician — $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

A-Level Technician — $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

B-Level Technician — $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

C-Level Technician — $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Sign-on bonus eligibility and payout schedule are based on experience, certifications, and continued employment.
