Di cosa ti occuperai? In quanto Area IT Manager sarai responsabile della efficiente gestione dei sistemi informatici e di comunicazione di Villa Igiea e Verdura Resort e garantisce che tutti i dipendenti dispongano della tecnologia di cui hanno bisogno per svolgere il proprio lavoro. Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

  • Verificare e mantenere il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi (es. Opera, Symphony, etc.) e delle dotazioni IT nel rispetto dei nostri standard, policy e procedure;
  • Coordinare il Team IT e monitorare l’infrastruttura di rete;
  • Pianificare gli acquisti di attrezzature nel rispetto del budget;
  • Pianificare audit dei sistemi informatici per testarne la sicurezza
  • Diffondere e monitorare il rispetto delle policy e procedure IT;
  • Creare utenti e assegnare i gli accessi come da policy IT;
  • Fornire occasionale assistenza tecnica a clienti o gruppi secondo necessità.

Quali requisiti cerchiamo?

  • Conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano a livello intermedio/avanzato
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni nello stesso ruolo;
  • Preferibile comprovata esperienza di formazione continua attraverso corsi di specializzazione, conferenze/workshop;
  • Conoscenza del sistema operativo Windows, del pacchetto Office, Microsoft 365, Oracle Opera Cloud, Oracle Simphony, Cisco VPN, HPE Aruba Central;
  • Flessibilità.
