Als Teil der Pharma Technical Operations (PT) ist der Standort ein zentraler Pfeiler der sterilen Arzneimittelproduktion bei Roche.Als Asset Operation Manager hast du eine Schlüsselrolle darin, das Asset Vials Packaging in der Manufacturing Unit MU Assembly & Packaging fit für die Zukunft zu machen! In dieser Funktion bist du eine zentrale Figur darin, Prozessverbesserungen zu identifizieren, voranzutreiben und zu implementieren. Damit trägst du dazu bei, die Qualität unserer Produkte zu sichern und Effizienz und Robustheit unserer Produktion zu verbessern. Zudem trägst du als Stellvertretung des Asset Leads die Verantwortung operative Entscheidungen in Absprache dem Verpackungs-Team zu treffen.Die MöglichkeitDu unterstützt den Asset Leads: In allen Belangen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf innerhalb der operativen Teams sicherzustellen.Vertretung des Asset Leads: Sie übernehmen bei Bedarf operative Entscheidungen in Absprache mit TL, AEL und TACL und sorgen für Kontinuität im Produktionsbetrieb.Überwachung der Betriebsbereitschaft: Sie sind Teil des Leitungsteams und unterstützen den reibungslosen Ablauf des Produktionsbetriebs und stellen sicher, dass alle Prozesse effizient ablaufen und kritische Materialien zur Verfügung stehen.Koordination der Produktionsabläufe: Über die Schichtgrenzen hinweg und in Absprache mit den Teamleitern koordinieren Sie die Abläufe, um eine optimale Produktivität zu gewährleisten.Schnittstellenmanagement: Sie fungieren als zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Material Management, MSAT, Engineering und globalen Funktionen.Risiko- und Chancenbewertung: Sie führen regelmäßige Analysen in den Produktionsbetrieben durch, um operative Optimierungen zu bewerten und entsprechende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen.Operations SPOC während Shutdowns: Sie koordinieren für die operativen Teams in Absprache mit den Team Leads Shutdown Aktivitäten.Troubleshooting Support: Sie unterstützen bei kritischen Vorfällen die Asset Excellence Team und die Team Leads.Bereitschaft für Pikettarbeit bei BedarfWer Du bistAbgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung in Kombination mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Verpackung steriler Arzneimittel.Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Changes und CAPAs sowie im Projektmanagement.Du bringst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und grosses Interesse an technischen Abläufen mit, kombiniert mit einem routinierten Umgang mit IT-Systemen.Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und zeigst grosse Bereitschaft und Neugier zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung und bereichsübergreifendem LernenEine strukturierte und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise.Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute EnglischkenntnisseBereit für den nächsten Schritt?
